Photographers
A photographer is not made, he is born. He spent his childhood dogging the footsteps of everybody to get that one perfect picture. Such ubiquitous people normally become irritating paparazzi when they grow up, because they have no sense of the fitness of things, the occasion or the invasion of privacy. Their aim is to get that perfect photograph, which they can flog to the glossies. Nevertheless, even sometimes when such photographer’s irritates one one should understand that like lawyers, they are a much-maligned breed.
There are a number of photojournalist, who has gone to the corners of the earth to tell you exactly what has happened there, what the situation is, and how the government is tackling it. These photojournalists are an admirable breed, because they know exactly what they are doing and they know the risks involved.In addition, sometimes like Daniel Pearl, who was a journalist as well as photographer, they get caught in a situation which is beyond their control. However, photography is a good option for anybody who has an adventurous and creative spirit, and has some technical knowledge about cameras. There are different fields of photography in which an experienced and skilled photographer can make his name slowly and steadily. Fashion photographers and portrait photographers command top prices, when they manage to make an ordinary person look like a gorgeous beauty queen.
Photojournalists have also won awards for their prize-winning and evocative photographs. Wild life photographers are still going into the mountains to search for that elusive nearly extinct eagle or Kodak Grizzly bear. That is the reason why photography is an exciting career, for those who have an interest in it.
